Hi, the guys were nice. They just left my house at 4:08pm. I feel bad that whoever sent them...sent them ill prepared though. They were picking up a Queen bedroom set..they did not have all the tools needed and only a small red pickup truck to haul it away in. They should have been given a bigger vehicle and moving blankets or wraps. That furniture will get beat up and it was in perfect conditon when it left my house. They damaged a couple walls getting it out. Thats a bummer. Any comp for that?? I took pics. I had to advice how to carry dresser out to avoid further damage. They were very nice. Just whoever sent them out did not prepare them or inform them. I think they thought they were only getting a mattress, that is what they said they were picking up. I recieved no paper work. Thank you.
