The pickup went extremely well. It was fast, efficient and easy. They picked up my queen mattress and boxspring, had me sign to acknowledge delivery and we were complete. Customer Service was a different story. After booking online they called me to inform me that the website I booked through was not valid and that I needed to pay an additional $15 dollar fee as their prices have changed. Technology is easy; this never should have occurred in the first place. BEWARE: The price you pay may not be the real, final price!
