Everything was very easy. I just put the mattress on the curb and they came and picked it up. Only issue that I had was that I chose the 12 hour window for it to be picked up, and they missed the window. They said they'd be here between 8am and 8pm. I got a call from the guy who was picking it up around 8:15pm letting me know he was on his way. The actual mattress wasn't picked up till around 9pm. It wasn't a huge issue for me, and I'd use the service again and recommend it.
