It took three days of rescheduling, canceling, delays before they arrived to remove my mattress. Customer service was prompt on responding to my emails. I was kept updated for the most part. Once they arrived, they were quick and friendly and had my mattress gone in two minutes. Aside from the hiccups, they were great.
