There was a glitch in the computer system on the agreed date to pick up the items I had and so consequently they did not show up by the deadline of the promised time slot. When I called, Caylin in customer service jumped right on it and found a driver in the area, who was at my house within the hour. Great effort on customer service. I'd certainly use them again.
