Signing up for the service is easy. The text alerts about the pick-up were helpful. The problem was that they did not come on the morning they were scheduled to come, even though I had taken the morning off of work to wait for them. In the afternoon I called their number and was told that my information had not been sent to the local person for pick-up. They called the person that afternoon and they came 2 hours later. This means that I burned an entire work day just to have my mattress removed. The guys did a good job once they came and were out in no time.
