Pickup scheduled for 8-12pm. Got a call from driver night before asking to pickup mattress the night before. I was still using it. The next day, I waited until 11:30 and had not heard anything from the driver regarding arrival. I texted him and he said he couldn't get there until 7-9pm. I called the company and they were able to locate another truck and they were there within the hour! That truck was "Stand Up Guys" out of Sarasota, FL. They were terrific!The original driver texted me shortly after they left and asked if 5pm would be okay to pickup. I told him it was taken care of and also said I felt it was unprofessional since he should've contacted me if he couldn't make the scheduled appt. He replied with some very rude comments and condescending tone. He even included an emoji that would be used to describe a certain part of a female's anatomy. Office was pleasant and helpful, so was the final drivers, but never had any contracted service behave like this one.
