Overall, this was a great experience. The two men were professional and efficient in removing my furniture, including dismantling a piece.My only complaint is that they scratched a door with the legs of a couch on their way out and didn't really offer more than an apology. I would hope they'd offer some compensation for me to make the fix, but nothing yet.
