The truck they sent the first day broke down before it could get to my apartment. Fortunately they called early in the appointment window and we rescheduled for the next day (this is not a big deal to me, stuff happens). The next day they sent two trucks, and both arrived 45 minutes early. Beyond that it was exactly what was advertised and expected, they took my mattress and boxspring. My one real complaint is that the appointment window is 4 hours. I get grocery deliveries in a 1 hour window, I'm not sure why they couldn't at least make it a 2 hour window.
