Booked them to haul away a mattress for me. Paid extra for a time window of 8am-noon. Not only did they miss that window, they never called to communicate that issue. I didn't find out they'd miss the window until I call around 12:30 (after they already missed). They told me they'd be there within an hour and missed that time as well. Didn't show until 2:30pm, 2-1/2 hours after the window and after I had been sitting around waiting for them for 6-1/2 hours. There was little concern given to missing the window from customer service and a paltry $16 discount was offered. The 2-1/2 hours alone was worth far more than $16 to me let alone the 6-1/2 hours. I would never recommend them and will never use them again.
