The booking process was easy, and I was able to secure a next day afternoon appointment. However, they sent their crew for the incorrect time slot, and this caused a domino effect of internal scheduling mistakes. Had I not called a manager (halfway into my scheduled time slot), to check the status, I would have been completely screwed over. Overall, communication was lacking. Taking time away from work, I can't afford to shoulder their mistake. Convenience is part of what I'm paying for. After a frustrating conversation with dispatch, they were finally able to send the crew out, after my scheduled time.
All of that said - the staff were all polite, and mistakes happen. That is life. I'm relieved that they made it work, even if it was inconvenient.
