My initial pickup day was missed. The first person I spoke to never returned my call, but after hours my message was promptly returned and a convenient pick up time the next day was arranged. The delivery drivers were efficient, courteous and prompt and a pleasure to deal with. I know scheduling issues can occur, and would have been more pleased if I hadn't had to call twice to find out if the pickup was still happening on the scheduled date
