My only feedback is that my service window was from 8-12 (4 hours) and I had several work related meetings scheduled after this window. At 11:55 I got a call saying they were 20 minutes away which was outside this window. I had hoped to get lucky and get this done earlier in the window so I could leave at 12 but realized that doesn't always work. But after giving up 4 hours of my day and then getting that call was not great service. I was forced to carry by items outside and leave them at the door so I could leave and they picked them up while I was gone. Not the best scenario but it worked. Please take value in your customers' time going forward. I would use this service and company again as everything else worked smoothly.
