The online booking and payment process was super easy and convenient. I liked the fact that I received a call letting me know that my pickup would be delayed, however the delay turned into an all day wait. My original time was between 8a-12p but my pickup didn’t happen until 4:30p. I had to call around 3:45 to make sure they were still coming. Everyone that I spoke to was professional and genuinely sorry for the delay. Other than that all was well.
