The online reservation was good. The pickup was good. BUT - the company you selected to do the pick up in my area called me now less than 12 time the night before and the morning of starting at 7:00 AM. Since it was a recorded message, I could not get them to stop. It was very, very frustrating getting call after call after call . I will give 4 stars since your company did a god job, but the frustration from the calls makes me want to give 0 stars.
