The book online process was super easy and I received confirmation right away. I booked on a Sunday afternoon and was able to schedule for the next day. I realized I had made a typo on the house number and emailed the correction (it was Sunday and the phone lines were closed) and then followed up with a phone call the next morning. Great interaction and was assured that the correction would be made with the pickup crew. Here's where it got complicated. Monday afternoon I had a message that the drivers were at my home and would wait 15 minutes. I called back immediately to say the mattress and box spring were outside literally 5 feet from the front door and could be taken. I called at 5:30 when I realized they had not yet been removed and was told i'd get a call back shortly. No call back. I called again Tuesday morning and explained that the mattresses had not been picked up - the woman on the phone took my info and then called back in a few minutes to say I was back on the schedule. I again confirmed the address. A few hours later I got a call from the truck crew. They said they were at my house but didn't see the mattress and box spring. Turns out they were at the first, incorrect house number. After confirming the correct house number they made a successful pickup. Turned out to be more of a hassle than I would have expected but in the end glad to have the mattress and box spring gone!
