Loved the online booking process and the people who took my mattress were efficient and professional. Unfortunately, they arrived two hours AFTER my scheduled appointment window. I understand that things happen - schedules get messed up and drivers cancel. All you had to do was call me and tell me that you were going to be late and this would have been a five star review.
