Service was good but could have been better. I was worried because I didn't get a confirmation call the night before, wrong callback number given upon rescheduling, and workers didn't look too happy or appreciative of me helping with the mattress (must have been a long day, but a smile would have been nice). I signed something but no receipt? Price was steep as well. Don't think an average Joe would be able to afford your service. Thank you.
