It did not seem that the online booking was ever read. We requested Tuesday from 8-12noon. The confirmation callback was for 3-5pm. Then the mattress set was not picked up on the requested day at all! Seemed very simple when making the booking but it turned out to take more time and effort than anticipated on the customer end.
