There was a lot of confusion between emails and phone confirmations on the timing of our pick up. I set up an appointment for between 8 am and noon. I received two email confirmations. The day before I received a phone call telling me that they could not make the window requested that the pick up would be from 12-4 the same day. Guess what they show up at 11 am. Get your stuff together on the communications people!!!!
