Good experience overall. The pick-up time had to be changed (on your side), and the scheduler was extremely prompt, flexible, and courteous about it. The pick-up itself, by Carlos Valladares and his assistant, was on-time, fast, neat, and super-pleasant. Great teamwork all around. Thanks.
