We had a good experience with Mattress Disposal. There was a local service that was cheaper, but they had a terrible booking system and we were outside of their pickup area, so we went with Mattress Disposal. My one comment would be that the timing is a little confusing. My wife selected 8 AM - 12 noon online, and then when we got the confirmation call it said our window was 6 AM - 10 AM. The employees called at about 7:20 and arrived at about 7:30. I'm not sure whether some of the times were Pacific and others were Central. It worked out for me because I was home anyway. But in any case, the pickup was quick and I have no actual complaints. Thank you!
