Setting up the appointment online was easy. On the day of pick up the drivers arrived at 8am instead of within the scheduled 12-4pm pick up window. I was asleep when they arrived and I hadn't pulled out the items for them to pick up yet. I asked the drivers to come back and they said they would. I asked them to call me when they were on their way. I waited at home until 4:30pm and then tried to call customer service but it was closed. I sent an email and someone got back to me saying that they would have to reschedule the pick up. I asked for the same 12-4pm window but it wasn't available so I had to get up extra early the following day for the promised 8am pick up. The next day the drivers did not arrive until 11am. Once they were here they were friendly, professional, and quick. If you are considering using this service I would say go ahead if you can wait around for them to show up and if re-scheduling if/when they don't show up the first time isn't a big deal for you.
