My booking number is 1550608165211047. I placed an order and wrote an note that I'm deaf, so the staff should contact me by sending me text messages instead of calling my phone directly. Initially, my mattress and box spring were scheduled to be picked up on 08/20 between 8a - 12noon. I got email confirmations for my order and the initial schedule, but on the day of the pick-up, nobody contacted me. I called customer service twice, one before 12noon and another after 12noon. On the second phone call, customer service finally figured out that my pick-up had been rescheduled to the 4-8p timeslot, but nobody informed me. If they did, they most likely called my phone directly instead of sending me a text message or emailing me. I had to explain over and over again that they could not call my phone directly, and it wasn't fair for them to keep me in the dark. The change of the time was a major scheduling inconvenience. We agreed to reschedule the pick-up to the morning of 08/22. The people who picked up the mattress and box spring did send me a text message prior to their arrival. I appreciated this. In the future, there needs to be better and efficient communication between the people who processes the orders and those who are responsible for picking up mattresses. I would have some reservations about recommending this business to my deaf friends.
