The window time for my pickup was 1 pm thru 4 pm. DId not have pickup until 6:20 PM after several telephone calls to the office. The explanation given by the pickup service technician was scheduling problems with company's software. Evidently, my pickup was dropped off the record. Once the service technician showed, the pickup went smoothly enough. Even though I only had a full mattress and box spring for pickup, a second serviceman should have been available for taking the mattress/box spring down my one set of stairs. A long superficial scratch was made on the wall, but I can easily touch it up with paint. Gave only a three-star rating due to the aforementioned situation.
