I experienced multiple issues with the scheduling of the mattress removal service. When I tried to reschedule for a different day I did not receive a confirmation and had to again contact the company to ensure pick up on the correct date. After the change was made the local XPS Logistics company failed to put me on the route and I had to wait until the next day. I was told I would be first on the route due to the error, however the truck did not arrive until 10:30 am because they had to unload some items before returning to Houston. Once the truck arrived the mattress removal was fast and efficient.
