We were very happy with the service. Booked online, they actually were able to come early (phoned us first). We had the old mattress and box springs outside waiting for them (to avoid fees for transporting down flights of stairs). Very glad to pay for proper disposal, unlike other tenants in our building who move out and leave furniture that sits for weeks. Would use them again if we ever have large furniture to dispose of!
