I scheduled my pickup online on Feb 21st for Feb 23rd. pickup between 4:00 to 8:00pm This date was very important to me. When I received the confirmation email it stated the pickup was for March 23rd. I quickly scrambled to set up a pickup with another company. I sent an email to Mattress Disposal to cancel the order that evening because I couldn't wait until March 23rd. I also followed up with a phone call the next morning on Feb 22nd to cancel. The person on the phone said I had to pay a cancellation fee. I estimate that fee to be about $35.00 . I feel that I shouldn't be charged a fee at all. I believe I gave you a 24 hour notice because I called in the morning and my pickup was scheduled for the next day at 4:00pm. The person on the phone told me that she corrected the pickup date when she noticed it was wrong. But the damage was done. I had to get a pickup scheduled asap. I strongly believe that you should return the cancellation fee to me.
