The issue with the service promised is that you didn't make the time frame you promised for the pickup. I was trying to leave town and had to call twice to find out approximately when your truck would be there (AND I was told twice I would receive a call back and I never did.) I was also told that I would get call the morning of the pickup about delivery time and that never happened as well. I talked to the driver who actually picked up the mattress and box springs and he didn't a call to do the job until 30 minutes before his arrival, which tells me there was a disconnect in communication all way round. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your company to others, especially when there are quite a few to choose from!
