Your staff was very professional. They called to let me know they were a half hour away. I asked them to call back when they were about five minutes away, so I could put my cats into the other room. They did. They were also respectful of the furniture and with their wet shoes. If we need any furniture removal in the future, you will be calledí ?í¸¬
