When I first called I scheduled an appointment for pick up of an old mattress on Thursday between 4 and 8 pm. I get a confirmation phone call saying they will be there between 9 am and 1 pm. Since this wasn't going to work (that's why I scheduled the time I did) we had to reschedule for another day. That time was 1130-3:30. They needed up coming at 10:15. So, I feel as a customer, when I wanted the pickup didn't matter, the guys will come here when they want to, that's my complaint. However I will say the two men that came to take away our old mattress were professional and efficient.
