Service was great -- the people who picked up my mattress called ahead of time and were very friendly, and they were able to navigate my complicated apartment complex on their own. The only issue was that I had scheduled a week in advance for a noon to 4pm pickup window, but I got a voicemail the day before to tell me that the window moved to 4 to 8, a time when I wasn't going to be home. That ended up being okay because I was able to just leave the mattress outside the apartment, but it was a little concerning to have the window changed the day before without asking, and I had to call and wait on hold for quite a while to figure out what happened and how to resolve the issue. Everything else was great though, so thank you!
