There was only one guy when truck arrived. Ridiculous to expect him to carry 2 matresses 2 boxsprings a heavy desk and a large overstuffed chair down stairs in a 2 story house and then load in the truck. He did it but it was difficult and he was here at least 2 hours. The truck was so full he had to destroy the desk to fit it in and it was in perfect condition and could have been donated to Goodwill (which I would have done but their pickup schedule was booking too far out beyond our moving date). Also truck did not say anything abut Mattress Disposal + it was a local junk removal guy. I give 3 stars only because the guy was super strong and accomplished the job despite how impossible it seemed. Otherwise I would have given 2 stars.
