The service was very cheerful, quick and efficient. The reason I only gave you 4 stars is because my mattress was in pristine shape and the fellow told me you do donate, but he didn't have any plastic to cover the mattress with so it was going to get wet and dirty when they put it in the truck. It was raining. My suggestion is that when they get mattresses like this that you stock plastic in the truck to protect at least the bottom of the mattress where it lays on the ground, so it can be donated vs just thrown away. If I would have had a way to take the mattress to Vision House I would have. All that to say, you are very good and if I ever hear of or need a mattress removal again you will be who I call. Also you were very quick to come which I liked a lot....the next day after I called.
