Hello, I was very satisfied with the removal itself. The gentlemen were in and out of my home in just a couple minutes. Communication regarding the time of the removal is an area of opportunity for improvement. My time was scheduled for 4pm-8pm. I left a message with the answering service around 7:50pm asking if the movers were coming. I didn't mind waiting, and I assumed I would receive a courtesy call if they were going to be late. I then received a call back (around 8:30pm I believe) explaining that the movers were delayed and they should be there around 9:15. That was fine and I appreciated the call very much. Then I received a call from the Driver around 9:45 indicating he was still in Boston and would be at my home around 10:05, and he apologized for being late due to the traffic. I said that was fine, but it takes more than 20 minutes to get to Warwick from Boston. He said he was outside of Boston. The movers arrived around 11pm. The Driver apologized for the delay and the move was completed very quickly and professionally. I completely understand that unexpected things happen. I'm making the time to provide this feedback because this is obviously a reliable company and I was happy with the move itself and the on-going communication. My only suggestion is to begin the communication earlier in the process. I assume it was known fairly early in the evening that they was not going to get to my house by 8pm, and I would have appreciated a call at that time as opposed to my having to initiate the call. While the time estimates quoted during the follow up calls were a bit off, I appreciated the calls and would use this service again. Thank you.
