I have no complaints with the team that picked up my mattress or the process. It was efficient and the communication was good. My only issue is there was no mention that they use independent contractors, in their own vehicles - not uniformed employees in a company truck. The video on the website is misleading. They should let customers know that they won't see a truck with the company logo on the side or employees in standard company attire.
