I apologize that I cannot remember the name of the kind gentleman who came to pick up our mattress, but he was just that kind - and also, courteous, professional, and extra patient because he had to call me several times before I remembered to check my phone to see if he called. Whoops! On the weekends, I try to not have my phone on me at all times and well, I needed to in this case. But regardless, he was super understanding and was pleasant despite my being hard to reach. So to summarize, I was very happy with the service and will recommend in the future.
