Overall the experience was ok. The website needs to be updated. When you book online it doesn't calculate the rate for a mattress with the box spring. To make correction, my appointment was cancelled but the reps called once ,left message in the wrong number and I didn't get a notification by email. It wasn't until I called back 2 days later that i found out the issue. Once the issue was resolved, it was a smooth process.
