The entire process, from scheduling online, to the final pickup (the following day!) was seamless. I still can't really believe how easy they made it. On the day that I scheduled, I received a confirmation call by the person who would be picking up my items, confirming the time. He showed up on time and I didn't have to lift a finger. He was professional, pleasant, and quick! I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service and customer service I received from this company - and I know they strive on customer satisfaction and they do well at it! I will not hesitate to use them again in the future!!!
