It was a little expensive, but it was important to me to dispose of my old mattresses responsibly. I appreciated the option to specify the pickup window. Luckily I was able to carry my items down to the first floor, but it's nice that there's the option to have the company carry them up or down stairs for you if you need that. Overall a good experience.
