Overall, from the reservation to the pickup it was very efficient and easy and the pick up was scheduled for came the next day. Paying a small charge was definitely worth it, knowing that my mattresses weren't going to end up in a landfill but recycled instead was a comforting thought since I am environmentally conscious. Customer service was good, I received a call in advance letting me know the time of the collection and they arrived as scheduled. Good job guys, would recommend you to anybody. Thank you for offering this kind of service.
