Though my mattresses redirected to a different pick-up company, I'm glad I chose to go this route then have to lug two king size mattresses up the stairs myself. The gentleman (Alfonso) that picked up my disposal was very kind, very professional and courteous. I hope that everyone has a great experience like I did.
