The guys were 20 minutes late (that is 20 minutes beyond the 4 hour window) - which is why I’m not giving 5 stars. Having said that, once they were arrived they were professional, efficient, and they carried my sofa out and were done all in 5 minutes! Would highly recommend them, but would suggest more communication if they expect to be late.
