Communications were great. I knew exactly when they would arrive. The two gentlemen that came were both lovely, careful listeners and very respectful of my home as they determined the best way to remove the couch. They arrived ready to work and had the couch and desk out of the house in about 10 minutes. I would recommend to anyone who needs a couch disposed of.
