Joshua was polite and professional. A jubilant guy who knows his business well. He entered my home, picked up the Puffy mattress I was returning, kept it clean all the way to the truck. In a matter of minutes I had my receipt in my inbox which I promptly forwarded to the company so they could expedite my return. Excellent service!
