Ordered two pairs of trousers. The first time, they only shipped one of the two, so I sent an email. The customer service was good at first, with one working day replies. They sent out the missing trouser but instead, it was just a duplicate of the one I already received. So now I have two of the same one, and one still missing. It's been two weeks now and I stopped receiving replies from their customer service.
