I ordered for my Mauvais item over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my order. The delivery address wasn’t complete so Royal Mail had it returned on the 26th August and the address still hasn’t been updated and sent out for delivery. The only information Iv had since then is that it takes up to 14 days for it to be processed???? Just to update a delivery address??? Still waiting for the order to arrive and I’m receiving emails about reviewing an order I haven’t seen. Must be a joke.
