Order status and delay
Hello there,
I placed an order on November 24th, my credit card was fully charged and I have yet to receive my order or get an update on the status of my order... I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS THROUGH THE HELP CENTRE AND YET NO ONE HAS RESPONDED.
Very disappointing and concerning.
I would like to give them the benefit of doubt but it's tough if no one responds to my emails.
