I had a terrible experience with Mauvais. I placed an order weeks ago and never received my items. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly unhelpful and argumentative, refusing to acknowledge the issue or offer a refund. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and would advise others to steer clear of this company.
