Look I'm going to put a 3 star review due to this being an independent label, and probably still finding its feet. However I ordered some trousers from the website and paid the extra for a next day delivery. The wrong trousers turned up and I've tried to resolve this and really haven't received any really decent customer service. I've had to Email 3 times send pictures of the wrong item I've been sent and nudge them for a response. I'm still waiting on a returns label so I can send them back and actually get the pair I bought over a week ago now.
